Exhibitors can choose an individual standard stand package (9-12-18 sqm) or they can organize a country/group pavilion (24-36-54 sqm) with custom design options for an extra fee.

Exhibitor registration fee includes:

• Standard stand package (table/s, chairs, power socket, bin),
• The name of your institution/ organization placed visibly on the stand,
• Depending on the size of the stand, a number of exhibitor registrations,
• Access to all conference sessions,
• Conference catalog and bag,
• Conference networking software,
• Lunch and coffee breaks,
• Networking events (pre-registration required)
